Dear Customers, we regret that due to long term problems with completing our export documentation we have decided to no longer issue zero VAT rated export invoice and customs documents if the service is not managed by our shipper. The reason for this change is that only our own export forwarder is able to guarantee us prompt handling of customs documents and provide us with valid proof of export of goods.
